ClipCut: Video Editor & Maker
Welcome to ClipCut: Video Editor & Maker (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), developed by Technoscope. We provide high-performance, mobile video editing tools that allow users to trim, merge, color grade, add audio, and produce high-resolution videos for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through compliance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations including Google Play Developer Policies, GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA.
ClipCut is engineered as an offline-first video editor. All media manipulations—including cutting, trimming, applying 3D LUT filters, rendering kinetic text overlays, adjusting speed curves, and exporting lossless 4K 60FPS video—take place locally using your device's built-in hardware acceleration and local storage.
